An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Professional Clinical Services department for a Stores & Distribution Manager to join the Business Support team. The post holder will manage the distribution and archive staff based in DuPont and all associated work streams. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on an agile basis. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
- Responsible for the management of Primary Care Services Stores and Distribution facilities and associated workstreams.
- Responsible for the management of paper and digital archive of both live and deceased medical records.
- Responsible for the provision of secure and non-secure stationery to both NHS and Non-NHS contractors throughout Wales and the associated financial recharge arrangements.

Essential Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience, plus Health and Safety qualification E.G. IOSH Managing safely, Plus Specialist knowledge within a Stores and Archive environment.
- Extensive knowledge of NHS working arrangements.
- Sound working knowledge of NHS Regulations.
- Sound understanding of the Risk management and Health & safety framework.
- Experience in Handling and managing Medical Records.
- Experience in using Stores & Distribution Information systems.
- Experience of procurement and tendering procedures.
- Experience in financial recharge arrangements.
- Developed written and oral skills.
- Advanced analytical skills.
