This is an opportunity to join the Business Support team within NWSSP – Primary Care Services, providing support to primary care contractors across Wales and internal staff. The post holder will be one of a team of seven Administrative Support Officers providing administration support to senior managers within NWSSP – Primary Care Services (PCS) and other managers. Excellent communication, organisational and confidentiality skills are required.
Main Duties
- Provide routine and follow‑up administration for senior managers within NWSSP – Primary Care Services and other managers.
- Support the team on ad‑hoc tasks and projects.
- Prioritise workload, work independently and adapt to an ever‑changing environment.
Essential Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Mathematics and English OR NVQ 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience working in an administrative role / office environment.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of NWSSP – PCS and its stakeholders.
- Experience within NHS Primary Care environment.
- Proven minute‑taking experience.
- Methodical approach.
- Welsh language skills (desirable).
