Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and flexible workers to join our Bank pool. This is a bank position and is not a permanent role. Bank staff are not guaranteed hours but gain experience and flexibility across a variety of roles and locations.
Roles involve working in a busy production environment processing linen for hospitals and healthcare premises across Wales. The position will be based at one of the following Laundry Sites:
- Greenvale, Newport
- Glan Clywd, Rhyl
- Llansamlet, Swansea
- Church Village, RCT
- Glangwili, Carmarthen
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome.
Responsibilities
• Daily production of linen within the All Wales Laundry Service, ensuring clean, high‑quality, and decontaminated linen for hospitals and healthcare premises.
• Act as an active member of the team, competing with demand for linen across the NHS in Wales.
• Deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers.
Person Specification
Essential criteria
- Experience working in an industrial or factory production environment.
- Good standard of general education.
Desirable criteria
- Previous commercial or health‑care laundry experience.

Welsh language skills are desirable.
To work in the UK, candidates who are not UK or Republic of Ireland nationals require sponsorship to obtain a Health and Care visa or a Skilled Worker visa unless they have permission to work via another route.
