Support multiple areas within NWSSP Primary Care Services, including Transactional Services and Professional and Clinical Services. Deliver high‑quality administrative support across a variety of departments, gain knowledge across Primary Care in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain a high standard of work. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at multiple sites (Matrix House, Companies House, Cwmbran House) and home working.

Qualifications
Essential criteria:
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
- Understanding of administrative processes and customer service requirements, knowledge of confidentiality and GDPR requirements.
Desirable criteria:
- Understanding of NHS Primary Care operations.
- Knowledge of medical records handling, summarising, subsidy schemes, or clinical waste.
- ECDL or equivalent digital competence.
Experience
Essential criteria:
- Experience working in an administrative environment.
- Experience handling queries from the public or professionals.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and inputting data.
- Experience working flexibly across teams.
Desirable criteria:
- Experience with medical records, summarising, quality audit or patient schemes and waste service.
