Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Senior Planner, based in London. The Senior Planner will oversee and manage planning projects, including conducting site assessments, preparing planning documentation, liaising with consultants, and providing strategic input. Responsibilities also include advising clients on planning processes and requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in planning practices, including project management and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in report writing and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting and representing clients
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
- Relevant qualifications in Planning or a related field, with membership or eligibility for membership to a professional planning institute (such as RTPI)
- Previous experience in the planning or consultancy sector
