Overview
We are recruiting home care assistants for a home care package in the Waterside . Day rotas available (to include alternate weekends) and an overnight rota from :00. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to a client in his own home.

Full training for this role will be provided by NWCare in their in-house training academy, but the successful applicant will need to have at least six months previous paid caring experience.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate

Essential

A minimum of six months paid caring experience
Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
Great communication skills
Able to promote and deliver person centered care
Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
Be well organised/professional/caring
Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
Care about the community they live in

Desirable

QCF level 3 in H & SC

Previous paid caring experience
