Due to continued growth, we're creating a brand-new position within our Major Works and Projects team. Since launching in 2016, NWI Ltd has grown from a small family business into a nationwide contractor delivering projects across multiple sectors. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work alongside our Commercial Director and help shape the next stage of our growth.
This is more than a traditional QS role. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas, influence the way we work, build strong client relationships and become a key part of our commercial team.
The Role
- Pricing tenders and major works projects
- Managing variations and valuations
- Contract reviews
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Site visits where required
- Identifying and securing new tender opportunities
- Monitoring project profitability and commercial performance
- Supporting business growth through proactive commercial management
