Wheeled Loading Shovel / 360 Excavator Grab Operator
We’re looking for a skilled Wheeled Loading Shovel / 360 Excavator Grab Operator/ Baler Operator to join our dedicated operations team. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our recycling yard safe, efficient, and well-organised, ensuring materials are moved, sorted, and loaded with precision and care.
You’ll take pride in maintaining a tidy working environment and upholding the highest safety standards while supporting our mission to divert waste from landfill and maximise recycling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate wheeled loading shovels and 360 excavators safely and efficiently
- Load and unload plant and vehicles in line with site operations
- Carry out daily maintenance, greasing, and safety checks
- Refuel and top up oil as required
- Support presorting and movement of material for recycling
- Maintain clear communication with site colleagues to ensure safe operations
- Keep the yard clean, tidy, and compliant with company safety standards
