Our Newly Qualified Driver Scheme is designed to give you the support, training and pay you deserve right from the start. We’re currently recruiting new HGV drivers in Glasgow to join our skip fleet and begin their driving careers the right way.

What Are We Looking For?

• A valid HGV Class 2 licence and drivers cards
• A great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
• Ideally, some commercial driving experience (non-HGV experience is fine)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to work well within a team.

• After training, your pay will increase based on the type of vehicle you are assigned to
