What Will You Be Doing?
Due to the nature of the business, the ideal candidate would be willing to work on skips, hooks and trade waste. Training can be provided. As a Class 2 HGV, you will play a key role in our operations by:
- Safely operate skip, hook and trade waste vehicles on scheduled routes
- Collect, exchange and transport skips, containers and trade waste bins
- Conducting daily safety and vehicle checks; keeping vehicle logs updated
- Following road safety laws and company policies at all times
- Delivering excellent customer service at collection/delivery points
What Are We Looking For?
- A full, valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
- A great attitude and commitment to performing the job to the highest standard.
- Previous waste/recycling driving experience is preferred, but not essential - we provide comprehensive training.
