We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Customer Acquisition Executive to join our growing Customer Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and forward-thinking team, dedicated to providing new customers with a seamless experience from first enquiry through to onboarding.

What You\’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Acquisition Executive, you will:
- Handle all inbound sales enquiries from a wide range of customers, each with bespoke requirements.
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service and a smooth onboarding journey.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales functions to drive new business opportunities.
- Take responsibility for delivering against Customer Acquisition Team KPIs.
- Use technology and CRM tools to drive efficiency and manage customer communications.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge and contributing to training initiatives.
What We\’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who can demonstrate strong sales performance and excellent customer service skills.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office 365 (experience with Dynamics CRM is advantageous).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory position (desirable).
- Previous experience in the Waste and Recycling industry (desirable).
