About The Role

We are looking for an experienced IS Product Manager to lead our Productivity & Collaboration team, focusing on established digital product stacks such as M365 and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). In this pivotal role, you will shape the strategy, delivery, and enhancement of these products, ensuring they continue to drive value and foster collaboration across Northumbrian Water Group.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and roadmap for our productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Manage product backlogs and oversee the delivery of new capabilities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, partners, and suppliers; provide thought leadership and champion best practices to maximise the value of our technology investments.
  • Report to the Head of IS Product Management and play a key role in shaping the future of digital collaboration within the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering value through digital products; ideally within the utilities sector or with transferable skills from other industries.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and leadership skills; ability to lead teams through change.
  • Experience working with external partners and suppliers to deliver and enhance technology solutions.
  • Experience leading product teams across complex portfolios; familiarity with M365, RPA, or similar productivity and collaboration platforms is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills; comfortable in agile environments and managing the full product lifecycle.
