Day to Day Responsibilities
- Outbound sales to an existing portfolio of clients and new business wins
- Managing the customer journey from initial contact, building rapport with potential customers, providing quotations, closing deals and nurturing accounts
- Account management to grow accounts for future business
- Conversion of inbound customer enquiries to completed sales
- Provide an unrivalled customer service to all accounts
- Work within agreed metrics such as 35 calls daily
What will you bring?
- Previous experience in a targeted sales position is essential
- Experience within the Fuels industry would be advantageous
- Confident, resilient and upbeat approach to customers with strong negotiation and rapport building skills
- Effective listening skills and attention to detail to be able to understand customer needs and provide a solution
- IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems
