We are seeking an organised and proactive Transport Supervisor to oversee the daily transport operations of our fleet and drivers.

The successful candidate will ensure the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of transport activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and transport regulations., legal and financial support, Free Refreshments, Free Secure On-Site Parking!

  • Day to Day
  • Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations.
  • Manage driver schedules, routes, and vehicle allocations.
  • Monitor transport performance and ensure delivery targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transport legislation, including driver hours and vehicle safety requirements.
  • Conduct driver briefings, debriefings, and performance reviews.
  • Investigate and resolve transport-related issues, delays, and customer concerns.
  • Maintainaccuratetransport records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support fleet maintenance planning and vehicle inspections.
  • Promote andmaintainhigh standardsof health, safety, and compliance.
  • Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and management teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of transport operations and fleet management.
  • Understanding of driver hours regulations and transport compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and transport management systems.
  • CPC qualification or working knowledge of Operator Licence requirements would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of route planning and fleet optimisation software would be advantageous.
