We’re looking for a confident, organised, and customer‑focused Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take end to end ownership of Fuel Tank Sales. Working from inbound customer enquiries—no cold calling required. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive excellent service from initial enquiry through to installation and invoicing. If you enjoy building strong relationships, managing operational tasks, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this role offers a great blend of customer interaction and practical coordination.

Day to Day

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer queries
  • Attend customer sites across the Faringdon area to assess requirements
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations
  • Oversee and complete invoicing for completed work
  • Coordinate and manage drivers/installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of fuel tanks
  • Liaise with suppliers to monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage replenishment
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience in an account management role would be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with our customers
  • Full driving license with the ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the Faringdon area
  • Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems
