NWF Fuels are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our well‑established, high‑performing, fast‑paced team, based out of our head office in Crewe. Our customers are at the centre of our business and providing the best possible service is paramount. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling queries through to resolution in a timely manner and supporting the sales function through converting previous quotations into orders.

Day to Day
- Managing customer queries from first contact through to completion, communicating with internal departments to resolve any issues quickly and to the customers satisfaction
- Supporting the sales team by converting previous quotes to completed orders
- Dealing with a high volume of customer calls over the peak period
- Recording all data accurately into our systems keeping customer records up to date
What Will You Bring?
- Previous experience in a customer focused role – telephone based would be advantageous
- Friendly, approachable and confident telephone manner
- Confident negotiation skills when working with customers to convert quotes into orders
- Ability to provide unrivalled customer service and work to SLA's
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships both with customers and other internal departments
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office
