Responsibilities
- Winning new business and account managing the clients, managing the client onboarding process by both telephone and site visits throughout the UK delivering impeccable service to clients
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers owning the delivery, ongoing support, adoption and expansions
- Handle upselling and renewal enquiries effectively
- Assist in problem solving larger more complex customer issues, liaising with internal departments and maintaining regular updates with customers
- Customer liaison and inputting information into the database to track record of all correspondence and account changes
- Make regular contact with clients via telephone calls, online meetings, and on-site visits
- Building strong customer relationships with users and stakeholders
- Delivery of strategic growth plans
- Develop and deliver KPI\βs/SLA\βs to drive a continuous improvement agenda
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and changes
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key customers
- Track sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, key or national account management roles
- Industry experience would be advantageous
- Proven track record of developing and closing business deals
- Proven track record within B2B face-to-face sales
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
- Be able to demonstrate ROI from the offset
