Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing inbound calls and emails dealing with the queries and providing a first-class customer experience
- Contacting existing customers to renew lapsed orders
- Providing quotations and accurately inputting order details into the system
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide excellent and friendly customer service
- Resilient attitude and comfortable in working to KPI\βs and SLA\βs
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer facing or sales role would be advantageous
- IT literate β Experience using SAP would be advantageous
