Our Inbound Customer Service Sales Executives are responsible for managing inbound customer queries serving the heating oil market from both existing and new customers. Providing first class customer service and using this to convert quotes into orders placed!

Day to Day
- Manage inbound customer calls with confident negotiation skills, always providing first class customer service
- Resolve customer queries by liaising cross departmentally and keeping customers updated throughout
- Converting customers queries into quotes and sales
- Recording all customer data accurately in the CRM
