The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a friendly manner you will be helping customers with our yard fuels and with enquires both over the phone and in person using our inhouse computer system and delivering great service to customers. During peak period you will be answering the calls promptly and recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the yard and at the sales counter.
- Accurately process fuel and product sales with relevant pricing information.
- Provide product information and recommend appropriate items based on customer needs.
- Report any safety hazards, spills, or equipment issues immediately.
During Peak Periods
- Helping the team to answer the calls promptly, with confident negotiation skills
- Ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the CRM , by asking the correct questions, set by the company
- Focus on activity levels, conversion rates as well as the quality of service on the phones to the customers
- Recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM
- Dealing with customer queries by liaising with the relevant department, ensuring the query is resolved.
