We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Team, we are on the lookout for talented individuals to deliver the best possible customer service, working on an inbound and outbound sales activity for the entire company.
Hours of work – Monday to Friday
The Main Responsibilities Are
- Managing customer queries via inbound calls and emails
- Making outbound calls to promote our products to existing customers
- Pricing and entering order details on the system
- Delivering great service to customers
- Working towards sales targets
- Accurate Data Entry
