Head of Marketing in Crewe

Head of Marketing in Crewe

Crewe Full-Time On-site

Marketing's job is to generate demand and improve retention, keeping NWF Fuels visible and relevant as competitors chase the same customers. This is a new role, created to lead that function.

NWF Fuels brings a large customer base and strong operational capability to the task. What it needs from marketing is modernisation, in how the business acquires customers, retains them, and uses data and technology to do both, without losing the personal service that existing customers value.

The Head of Marketing leads development and execution of the marketing strategy, working with sales, commercial and customer service teams so that marketing activity reflects what is actually happening in the market and supports business priorities. New digital infrastructure is already in place; the role is expected to put it to use.

The successful candidate inherits an established marketing function and is expected to build its capability further: deeper customer insight, wider use of automation and technology, and a discipline of measuring marketing investment against commercial return.
