NWF Fuels are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant based at our Head Office in Crewe. They will play a key role in supporting the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving discrepancies where necessary.
- Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts, ensuring statements are accurate.
- Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
