At NWF Fuels, our vision is simple: to keep the nation warm, working and moving. We’re the UK’s third-largest fuel distributor, and we’re building a new regional transport team to help us do it even better.
We’re looking for a Senior Transport Coordinator to lead our Central region from our Kenilworth office. It’s a genuine step up into regional leadership, with real balance.
Kenilworth, Warwickshire-based hub, travel across the Central region
Monday to Friday, around 8:30am to 5pm, with no weekends and no on-call
2 days in the office, 1 day visiting sites, 2 days from home
Paying up to £45,000, plus a great benefits package
What you’ll do:
- Own and sign off the daily transport plan across our 12 Central sites
- Lead a Regional Planner and three Transport Coordinators across AM and PM shifts
- Keep us compliant on O-Licence, tachograph and drivers’ hours
- Track OTIF, overtime and cost to serve, and drive improvements
- Help recruit and build your own team
What we’re looking for:
- Transport Coordinator or Supervisor experience, including line management
- Strong working knowledge of tacho, drivers’ hours and O-Licence rules
- Confidence signing off plans and acting on performance data
- A full UK driving licence and happy to travel the region
- Fuel, tanker or ADR experience is a bonus, but not essential
With centralised, system-led planning, you’ll spend your time leading and improving, not firefighting. There’s also a clear path towards Transport Management in a national business that’s investing in its people, fleet and technology.
