We're hiring: Head of Regional Operations - North At NWF Fuels, our vision is simple: to keep the nation warm, working and moving. We're the UK's third-largest fuel distributor, serving 117,000 homes, farms and businesses from 32 depots across England and Wales. Now we're entering a bold new chapter. A new senior leadership team is investing in our people, fleet and technology, and rolling out a regional operating model that puts real ownership closer to our customers. Our North region is at the heart of it, and has grown further with recent acquisitions in the North West. Based at our Crewe hub, leading depots across our North Region This isn't a coordination role. You'll own the region end to end: Safety, compliance and protecting our operator licence The regional budget, cost control and efficiency Delivering for our customers, on time and in full Leading our Regional Transport Managers, planners and tanker drivers across multiple depots You'll have real autonomy, freedom within a framework, and a direct line to a leadership team that wants to challenge how our industry has always worked. We'd love to hear from commercially sharp, visible operations leaders who have led change across multi-site transport or distribution. Fuel or ADR experience is a bonus, but not essential.
