Customer Service Co-Ordinators are the first point of contact for our Agriculture customers handling queries, placing orders and working closely with the sales representatives to support in account managing their customer base. If you are a team player, with a friendly and positive approach who understands the need, and has the capability to deliver outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Day to Day
- Provide efficient and effective telephone communications in a professional and positive manner, ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely manner, exceeding customer expectations whilst building a rapport
- Account management of the customers of assigned sales reps, including pricing and placing orders, creating and updating complaint cases, processing credits as required, keeping delivery notes and contact information up to date
- Assist the transport department by communicating any changes to orders to the sales rep and/or customer
- Work alongside transport and operations to ensure that production needs are spread evenly, whilst maintaining communication with the sales teams and customers to manage expectations
- Liaise with management and sales reps to implement any pricing changes, whilst working towards weekly and monthly deadlines to administrate the pricing of all orders
- Attend shows, company events etc. when deemed beneficial or necessary
What will you bring?
- Previous experience in a telephony-based customer service role would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an upbeat positive approach to customers is essential
- Strong analytical, administrative and computer skills
- Team player who can build rapport both with external customers, but also with internal departments that you will work closely with
