We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Blend Shed Operative to join our busy animal feed manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on production role at the heart of our operation, ensuring high-quality feed is blended, processed, and prepared safely and efficiently.

  • Operate blending equipment to produce feed mixes according to production schedules
  • Weigh, measure, and load raw materials with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor machinery performance and report any issues promptly
  • Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
  • Follow strict quality, hygiene, and safety proceduresat all times
  • Complete production records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, andlogistics

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience within a production environment working with raw materials would be advantageous but not essential
  • Comfortable working with machinery and manual handling
  • Good communication skills are essential to be successful within the team environment
  • Computer literate with the accuracy to ensure sampling data is recorded correctly
