NWCare is a Northern Ireland based domiciliary care agency - we do not offer sponsorship. NWCare are recruiting for a Registered Manager for their Ballykelly branch. This is a full‑time role - 37.5 hours per week.

Skills and Qualifications

  • NMC Registration, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults’ Management) NI or equivalent
  • RQIA (Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority) Registration
  • NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) Enhanced Access
  • Right to work in UK
  • 3 years’ experience in management role within healthcare setting or equivalent
  • Must meet criteria for acceptance of registration with RQIA
  • Previous experience in governance
  • Have knowledge of quality assurance systems
  • Knowledge of RQIA minimum standards

  • Development and management of policies and procedures in line with RQIA requirements and legislation
