Home Care Assistants

We are currently recruiting Home Care Assistants across Belfast. We have morning, afternoon and evening rotas available across the city. Full bespoke training will be provided for this role. You must, however, hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of a vehicle. Our mornings are 07:00 – 14:30, afternoons 15:00 – 18:30 and evening rotas are from 19:00 – 23:00 Any or all of these rotas may be worked.Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate.

Responsibilities

• Care in the community
• Personal care
• Light meal preparation
• Companionship
• General tidy round leaving all areas safe and clean

Skills and Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organised/professional/caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• QCF Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
