The Role: To support continued growth and delivery of high-value European programmes, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in close collaboration with all parties ensuring successful commercial and operational delivery of a large-scale POS FMCG roll‑out programme. Working closely with the Commercial Manager / QS and Technical Development team, you’ll align project planning, commercial strategy, and technical execution — driving excellence across all stages from concept through to installation. This is a pivotal role, requiring both strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership across cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:

  • Take full ownership for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale POS roll‑out projects across multiple European markets.
  • Define and manage the overall programme structure, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Oversee and coordinate all project phases — from concept design through technical development, manufacture, logistics, and installation.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through rigorous control of quality, schedule, and client expectations.
  • Provide regular project reviews, status updates, and risk assessments.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including designers, technical developers, logistics, and installers.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable culture across internal and external partners.
  • Manage communication across all stakeholders — clients, internal teams, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate internally with the Technical Development and Production teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and efficiency across technical and manufacturing stages.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in line with project governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety regulations, and internal QA/QC processes.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience managing large-scale retail design, POS, or fit‑out roll‑out programmes across multiple regions.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skilled in project planning tools (MS Project, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in project planning and management.
  • Strong understanding of technical development, manufacturing, and installation processes for high volume POS and retail environments.
