Our Client is not just a retail design agency—they are a strategic partner to some of the world's most ambitious brands. From global sports and mobility leaders to premium lifestyle and technology brands, they design and deliver end-to-end retail experiences that connect physical and digital, emotion and performance, brand and shopper.
The Opportunity
Our Client is looking for a Senior Creative Retail Designer to join their studio—someone who can think boldly, design intelligently, and bring ideas to life with clarity and conviction. This is not a production role. This is for a designer who wants to:
- Shape concept directions, not just follow them
- Influence brand experiences at a global level
- Work across physical and digital touchpoints
- Be part of a studio that values ideas as much as execution
You’ll play a key role in defining how brands show up in retail—leading projects from early concept through to beautifully resolved design.
What You’ll Do
- Concept & Creative Direction - Lead ideation and concept development, translating brand stories into compelling, experience‑led retail environments. Push beyond the expected—bringing fresh thinking, cultural awareness, and strategic intent to every brief.
- Design Development & Visualisation - Create high‑quality 3D visuals, sketches and presentations that communicate ideas with clarity and impact. Balance creativity with precision—ensuring your work is both inspiring and buildable.
- Spatial & Experiential Thinking - Design environments that flow intuitively, guide behaviour, and elevate product storytelling. Consider movement, interaction, and emotion—not just layout.
- Materiality & Detail - Specify materials, finishes and fixtures with a strong understanding of durability, cost, and brand expression. Sweat the details—because they matter.
- Collaboration Across Disciplines - Work closely with strategy, digital, development and project teams to ensure ideas translate seamlessly from concept to reality.
- Client Engagement - Confidently present your work. Tell the story behind the design. Build trust with clients and respond intelligently to feedback.
- Innovation & Future Thinking - Stay ahead of trends across retail, technology and culture. Bring new tools, ideas and opportunities into the studio—especially around AI, digital integration and evolving shopper behaviours.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in retail, spatial or experiential design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and high‑quality execution
- Advanced skills in 3DS Max and V‑Ray (non‑negotiable)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A deep understanding of brand, retail and consumer behaviour
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Detail‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- A genuine passion for creating meaningful, experience‑led design
