As a leading technology company in video security and access control systems, NW Security Group Limited offers high-end, intelligent security products and solutions to business customers and public sector organisations throughout the UK.
We are now looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join us on a permanent basis, working either full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum 32.5 hours/week), Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will support the smooth running of the sales process, ensuring customers receive a high standard of service from order to delivery. Specifically, you will manage customer orders from processing through to fulfilment and invoicing, while arranging product shipments and tracking deliveries. You will keep customers informed throughout, ensuring clear and professional communication at every stage. You will also act as the first point of contact for post-sales enquiries, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain efficient operations. Alongside this, you will support purchasing and stock control activities, ensuring accuracy and organisation across all tasks.
About You
To be considered as a Sales Support Administrator, you will need:
- At a minimum, two years experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounts
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Excel and online systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A team-oriented approach with a can-do attitude
- A friendly and professional manner
