NW Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and distribution business for an experienced FLT VNA Driver to join their warehouse team.

This is a temporary ongoing opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate, subject to performance, attendance and business requirements. **Start dates from September 2026**.

Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Forklift Truck, supporting the movement, storage and retrieval of stock while ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

This role requires a valid, recently refreshed VNA Forklift Truck licence (certificate evidence required).

This role offers:

  • 33.75 paid hours per week, allocated breaks / lunch through shift.
  • 6:00am - 2:00pm (week 1) / 2:00pm - 10:00pm (week 2) – Monday to Thursday, shorter working days on a Friday.

The role:

  • Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Forklift Truck safely and in line with site procedures.
  • Load, unload, move and store stock within the warehouse.
  • Pick, replenish and relocate stock as required.
  • Carry out daily FLT checks and report any faults or defects.
  • Assist with goods in, goods out and stock control activities.
  • Complete relevant paperwork or use warehouse systems where required.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe, following all health & safety procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual handling, packing and order preparation.
  • Carry out any other reasonable warehouse duties as required to support the day-to-day operation.
