Our client is an established manufacturing and bespoke order business who are experiencing a rapid period of expansion and growing the size of their teams. Well established and stable within their sector, they are recognised for quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships. As product ranges, catalogue activity, and digital presence continue to expand, they are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to support primarily the marketing function with elements of sales administration support.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will be instrumental in maintaining accurate product information, supporting brand consistency, and ensuring seamless coordination between marketing activity and sales operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating brochures and product catalogues
- Maintaining accurate product descriptions, pricing, and specifications across CRM and website platforms
- Ensuring high levels of CRM data accuracy and consistency
- Supporting social media content creation and scheduling
- Taking product images for catalogues and digital listings
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Manager
- Working closely with the Sales team to ensure listings, pricing, and product data remain current and accurate
- Additional ad hoc role related duties to assist sales and marketing functions
Accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are paramount in this position.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Sales Support, Marketing Administration, or similar
- Confident working with CRM systems and managing website and brochure listings, providing accuracy and detail-oriented support
- Comfortable creating and editing marketing materials
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate product descriptions
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively
- A collaborative approach / ability to work closely with sales and marketing
