NW Recruitment Services Ltd are proudly supporting a specialist Rossendale-based business with the recruitment of a Junior Quality Administrator to join their Quality team on a temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused administrator looking to develop their experience within a quality-led, regulated environment.
You will provide administrative support across the Quality function, helping to ensure documentation, records and information are maintained accurately and in line with established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and organise quality documentation, records and electronic files.
- Support document updates, revisions and controlled changes.
- Assist with the administration of quality management systems and associated records.
- Maintain accurate logs relating to areas such as training, equipment, corrective actions and non-conformances.
- Support the Quality team with audit preparation, reviews and supporting documentation.
- Assist with quality reports, data summaries and general administrative requirements.
- Ensure information is filed, accessible and maintained with a high level of accuracy.
- Handle confidential information appropriately and follow established procedures.
