We are currently recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Colne, who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who is looking to join a supportive and fast-paced working environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer records accurately on internal systems and spreadsheets
- Send email confirmations and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Verify and update existing customer information within the database
- Coordinate urgent direct shipments between suppliers and customers
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and issued correctly for orders, shipments, and compliance requirements
- Provide general administrative support across the team as required
- Monitor and maintain accurate data records on a daily basis
Working hours:
Flexible working pattern between 30–40 hours per week. Flexibility can be discussed at interview stage, including consideration for school hours where required. Weekly pay provided.
