Assembly & General Operative - Immediate Starts Available
NW Recruitment Services Ltd are exclusively supporting a well-established and growing business based in Whittle-le-Woods, Chorley, who are currently expanding their operations following the development of a brand-new showroom.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team assisting with the assembly and preparation of showroom display products.
The role would suit individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and are confident using hand and power tools.
- Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm / 08:00 - 4:00pm
- Contract: Temporary ongoing assignment with immediate starts available
The role
Working as part of the assembly team, your duties will include
- Assembling a variety of household and showroom display products.
- Building flat-pack furniture and other display items.
- Using a range of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Following assembly instructions and quality standards.
- Inspecting completed items to ensure a high standard of finish.
- Moving assembled products into the showroom and designated storage areas.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Supporting with additional general warehouse and assembly duties where required.
