We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing and Corporate Communications Executive to lead all internal and external communication efforts. This role encompasses full-spectrum responsibilities, including content creation, branding, digital marketing, event planning, project support, and in-house design—from visual identity to web presence. You will play a key role in cross-departmental projects and initiatives, supporting planning, communication strategies, marketing rollouts, and design execution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of messaging and branding.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content across newsletters, corporate websites, social media, and other digital channels.
- Design and implement a content calendar for strategic corporate outreach and marketing activities.
- Independently design, build, and maintain the corporate website, including layout, structure, and content updates.
- Conceptualise and design marketing collaterals and brand assets (e.g. logos, visuals, presentation templates, printed materials).
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and performance tracking.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events and activities, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Support and contribute to company-wide projects, including internal campaigns, launches, and department initiatives.
- Craft clear and compelling written materials such as speeches, internal announcements, and corporate presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all visual and written communications.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills for both digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Wix, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing strategies using tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and drive projects from concept to execution.
