We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded Human Resource Executive / HR Generalist to support and manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role suits an individual with hands-on HR experience who is able to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and support both operational and people-focused initiatives. The role covers recruitment coordination, payroll administration, employee relations support, and HR compliance, with exposure to continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare and administer employment contracts, HR letters, and personnel documentation
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, IRAS)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for routine HR and employee enquiries
  • Support employee relations matters, probation confirmations, and contract renewals
  • Assist with employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and internal communications
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with applicable employment regulations
  • Support HR reporting, audits, and ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
