The Accounting, Banking & Finance Manager oversees the full spectrum of finance operations, ensuring financial integrity, effective controls, and regulatory compliance. This role involves team leadership, stakeholder management, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
- Oversee and review full sets of accounts and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Manage audits, tax matters, and regulatory submissions
- Oversee banking relationships, cash flow, and treasury activities
- Establish and maintain internal controls and finance policies
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Partner with management on financial and operational matters
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, including leadership exposure
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Xero is required
