NWCare is a Northern Ireland based company. We are recruiting home care assistants to cover both full time and part time rotas in Rathfriland, Ballyholland and Hilltown. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.
We work a 4/3 rota pattern:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
The morning rotas begin at 07:00 and finish at 14:30; afternoon rotas begin at 15:00 and finish at 18:30; and the put to bed rotas begin at 19:00 and finish at 23:00. For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the bed rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money.
