NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in Northern Ireland for over 50 years. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to individuals ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.
We are recruiting home care assistants for bed rotas in Cityside, Derry. We have both afternoon (14:30 - 18:30) and put to bed rotas (19:00 - 23:00) - ideal for busy mothers and students

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Put to bed/evening rota is from 19:00 - 23:00
No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided
