NWCare have been supporting the community across Northern Ireland for over 50 years. We have expanded and are now recruiting community care workers for Florencecourt.

We have afternoon rotas (14:00 - 19:00) and (16:00 - 19:00) and put to bed rotas (19:00 - 23:00). Any or all of these rotas can be worked. This will be discussed at interview. Put to bed rotas are ideal for a busy mum or student.

No qualifications or experience are needed for the role, as NWCare will provide full bespoke training in their in-house training academy.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows:

  • Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
