Job Description:

Due to expansion of service in the Newbuildings area, we are now recruiting for community care workers. We have full and part time rotas available – Mornings (07:00 – 14:30) and Afternoons (15:00 – 18:30)

We can offer all our staff

  • Flexible working hours – full time and part time morning, afternoon, evenings and late rotas
  • Child friendly hours – put to bed rotas to suit mums and students
  • Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available
  • Experienced care company with over 50 years in healthcare
  • Recommend a Friend incentive – any of our staff who recommend someone who comes to work for NWCare will receive a voucher (no limit to number)

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: – Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

You must hold a full driving licence and have use of a vehicle

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided
