We are delighted to announce that due to expansion of service, we are now recruiting Area Service Managers for our Omagh branch, Lissan House, 41A Dublin Road, Omagh BT78 1HE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential
QUALIFICATIONS and TRAINING Good general education to include good numeracy and literacy skills
Minimum of QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
EXPERIENCE At least 18 monthsβ experience in a care setting
Experience of coordinating rotas
Experience of managing staff
REGISTRATION NISCC (Northern Ireland Social Care Council) registration completed at training, if not already registered REQUIREMENT Enhanced AccessNI
Right to work in UK
SKILLS Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Ability to respond to sudden changes in service delivery requirements
High standard of accuracy
Ability to problem solve and exercise judgement
A working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team
Ability to plan and prioritise workload in a highly organised way
CIRCUMSTANCES Flexibility in working hours to respond to business needs
Car driver with vehicle appropriately insured for business use
Flexibility to work in other NWCare branches to meet business needs
Participate in the out of hours on-call rota
