The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.
This position is for a Residential Childcare Assessor capable of observing, marking and assessing and reviewing the work of the learners for levels 4 and 5 in Residential Childcare levels 3, 4 and 5. You will be joining one of the UKs largest independently owned training providers. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of frameworks to standards with strong organisational skills. The client has a grade 2 Ofsted and also offers fantastic promotional opportunities and really do look after staff well.
Within this role, you will need to deliver training remotely to learners and in the future visit learners face to face when needed. Expect to have a caseload of approximately 40 to 45 learners to tutor where each one will require your support and motivation. You will be using our Smart Assessor portfolio system and have to attend weekly remote meetings online with team members to encourage new ideas and concepts.

When uploading this post we noticed that it does not mention the CAVA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement. This is the current equivalent to old Assessor qualifications; A1/2, D32/33 or TAQA (although TAQA is not a qualification but an acronym).
