End-Point Assessor in Early Years and Teaching Assistant. Around the Bristol, Gloucester and Hereford areas. Rewarding role as End Point Assessor carrying out apprenticeship assessments for Early Years care and Teaching Assistants.
As End Point Assessor (Early Years & Teaching Assistant) you will work with Apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments. Your responsibilities will include:
- making decisions on apprenticeship standards / overall grades
- administration tasks / responding to queries
- keeping sector knowledge up to date
This role is varied and flexible and will include both working from home and visits out in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
As End Point Assessor you will have a relevant qualification and current, hands‑on, professional experience in Early Years or in the classroom. You will also have:
- knowledge of IQA assessment processes/observations
- experience of professional discussions / reviewing learners’ showcase of evidence
- ability to work autonomously, in line with an operating framework
- awareness and understanding learner difficulties/disabilities & social needs
Assessor training is available for candidates with good experience in the Early Years sector or in education.

Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
