We are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client’s busy team near Leigh. This standalone role requires strong experience in accounts payable.

Duties Include

  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and/or email
  • Regular reconciliations
  • Preparing bi‑weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Assisting with month‑end closure
  • Ad‑hoc accounting duties linked with the accounts payable team

You must be a confident communicator, a good team player, naturally organized, and able to work methodically to tight deadlines.
