We are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client’s busy team near Leigh. This standalone role requires strong experience in accounts payable.
Duties Include
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries via telephone and/or email
- Regular reconciliations
- Preparing bi‑weekly and monthly payment runs
- Assisting with month‑end closure
- Ad‑hoc accounting duties linked with the accounts payable team
You must be a confident communicator, a good team player, naturally organized, and able to work methodically to tight deadlines.
