Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant on a part time basis. The client would ideally like someone to work three or four full days (22-30 hours per week) though would consider other options should the candidate need it.
Duties Include:
- Produce monthly Management Accounts for assigned subsidiaries (Profit and Loss, Balance sheet and other financial documents)
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations (Including reconciliations of Accruals and Prepayment schedules, Fixed Asset registers, Goods received not invoiced to purchase orders, etc)
- Maintain Fixed Assets registers
- Preparation and submission of VAT Returns
- Monthly Bank Account reconciliations
- Monthly Reconciliation of intercompany transactions
- Intercompany Recharges
- Support UK & Overseas finance departments, where necessary
- Assist in the year end external audits for assigned subsidiaries, where appropriate
- Other Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role, you must have previous management accounts experience. You will be a strong Excel user, who is naturally methodical, can work to tight deadlines and is a confident communicator. The salary is Β£35K-Β£40K (pro rata) and you will receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata), free on site parking, pension and healthcare benefits.
