Job Role
NVLTY is looking for an exceptionally talented Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid media across all channels. This person will be responsible for the end to end performance marketing function, ensuring our acquisition is profitable, scalable, and aligned with brand identity and growth objectives. The Performance Marketing Manager will partner with Creative, CRM, and Finance to drive efficient growth, manage budget, optimise the full funnel, and analyse performance to deliver profitable, customer focused campaigns across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across cross paid social and search, with Meta and TikTok as our primary channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to maximise revenue, ROAS, and new customer acquisition while controlling CAC.
- Own the full funnel from prospecting through retargeting, ensuring a balance of acquisition and retention-supporting activity across categories and markets.
- Responsible for campaign quality and brand consistency through all stages of execution to a high standard.
Budget Management & Efficiency
- Own and allocate a significant monthly media budget across channels and markets.
- Manage spend against blended ROAS and CAC targets to maximise profitability.
- Continuously reallocate budget toward best-performing channels, audiences, and creative.
- Partner with the Creative and Content teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creative at pace.
- Use performance data to identify winning concepts and inform the creative pipeline.
- Provide creative direction grounded in what actually drives performance.
Measurement & Financial Accountability
- Own attribution, reporting, and incrementality thinking across all paid channels.
- Work with Finance to ensure media spend adheres to budget and contribution-margin targets.
- Monitor performance, stock-driven demand, and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
Market & Channel Analysis
- Stay up to date with platform changes, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour across UK, US, and EU.
- Identify and test emerging channels and opportunities before competitors.
- Feed insights back into wider marketing and trading decisions.
- Collaborate with Creative, CRM, Finance, Merchandising, and Tech to deliver cohesive, profitable campaigns in line with the trading calendar and planning cycle.
Person Specification
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in DTC/ecommerce fashion or lifestyle.
- Proven track record of scaling paid social and search budgets profitably across multiple markets.
- Deep hands-on expertise across Meta and TikTok, with working knowledge of Google, Snap, and Pinterest.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong commercial acumen.
- Proficient in budget management, ROAS/CAC optimisation, and full-funnel strategy.
- Strong understanding of attribution, measurement, and incrementality.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and advertising/analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify).
- Experience working with creative teams to drive performance through testing.
